About The Opportunity

We are looking for an eBusiness Intern on a 3 month term, with a possibility of an additional 3-month extension to assist the eBusiness Developer in a range of duties to support our eBusiness platform. 

Critical outcomes for this role include:

• eCommerce Content Creation Project
  This project includes the creative concepting, development and production of eCommerce content for use on third party sites (e.g. Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Kroger.com etc.) in Canada and the US. It will include a photo shoot, video production & infographic creation. Specific tasks include:
• Project manage the overall timeline; ensure deliverables are met
• Providing administrative support for approvals (e.g. coordinate timely approvals, proof reading text overlays)
• Serve as on-site assistant during photo and video shoots (approx.. 3-4 weeks)
• Manage product and prop ordering & purchase
• eCommerce Content Management
  Support the centralization and publication of eCommerce content (data & visual) using our PXM software. Specific tasks include:
• Quality check existing content
• Fill existing content gaps
• Quality check channel mapping and publishing
• Document process workflows, best practices, guardrails and instructions
• eBusiness Team ad hoc Support
  Administrative and analytical support to the eBusiness developer as needed. Specific tasks may include:
• Web updates as required (WordPress CMS)
• ROI analysis
• Amazon.com content quality check
• Nature’s Path site tracking (Google Analytics, identify SEO opportunities)

Success in this role will require:

Education

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing or Business preferred

Experience

• Methodical and thorough, with close attention to detail
• Very familiar & comfortable with using excel; experience using MS Project is a bonus
• Strong understanding / appreciation of online shopping
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food industry an asset
