About the Opportunity

We are currently looking for a clerk on a 1 year contract to support the Inside Sales team by providing data entry assistance, processing and maintaining order entries, and filing.

Critical outcomes for this role include:

Provides support as a member of the Inside Sales Team by:

• Processing of sales orders and invoicing – efficiently processes orders, ensure pricing and invoice discounts are accurate, fills an order by offering alternative ship/pick up dates based upon product availability; completes invoicing, filing, and mailing in an accurate and timely manner.
• Teamwork & communication – be a positive contributor and maintain a supportive attitude within the department and the company.
• Other projects as assigned
   

Success in this role will require:

Education

• Successful completion of Grade 12. Post-secondary an asset.

Experience

• 1-2 years' working with an ERP system, IFS an asset.
• 1-2 years of working in customer service is an asset.
• 1-2 years of sales administration is an asset.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills needed.
• Strong organizational skills needed.
